The Department of EEE of Hamdard University Bangladesh offers program leading to the degree of BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE). This is a 4-year undergraduate program for the student who completed SSC and HSC examination (or equivalent) with science. The whole program is spread over 8 semesters (7 semesters for diploma students) with 2 semesters (Spring and Fall) per year. The program is designed to articulate up-to-date theoretical and practical knowledge in the areas of Power, Electronics and Communication Engineering.

There are two programs in the Department: one is conducted during the day and the other in the evening. The day-program is for students who completed SSC and HSC examination (or equivalent) with science background and the evening-program for students who have completed diploma in engineering. The credit hours required for completion of the BSc in EEE program is 154.5 for day-program whereas 139.5 for evening-program.
